1. Mediation is available for workplace disputes and labor & employment law matters, as well as disputes related to landlord tenant, elder care, public nuisance/neighborhood disputes/neighbor disputes, family law, personal injury, intellectual property, and business related matters.
Co-mediations with Karen Carrera and David Perry are available for you. Feel free to contact either one of us. We structure our fees such that you will have the advantage of two mediators for the same or little more than the cost of one. We believe strongly in the advantages of co-mediation and do not let fee structure hinder your ability to take advantage of the benefits of co-mediation. Karen Carrera also collaborates with Carolyn Rosenblatt to mediate elder care and elder law issue disputes. Ms. Rosenblatt is a former nurse and a former litigator. 2. Employment Law Consulting/Advice & Counsel and Training includes full service employment law and human resources consulting, training and neutral fact-finding investigations to growing businesses and non-profit organizations.
3. Bilingual Services are available through Ms. Carrera, a bilingual English-Spanish speaker who can review and translate business documents, train employees, and conduct neutral fact finding investigations in Spanish.
